Data processing
Proposed structure of the data processing agreement for business customers of Clever Content Cockpit.
Work in progress: This text is not yet a data processing agreement that can be signed. Technical and organisational measures, subprocessors, data locations and deletion periods will be added in full before regular customer operations begin.
Subject matter and duration
Processing personal data to provide the agreed CCC customer area for the duration of the main contract.
Types of data
- Contact details and access identifiers,
- brand, content and media data supplied by the customer,
- where applicable, image, video and voice recordings,
- Approval, usage, publication and technical log data.
Data subjects
Users of the customer area, the customer's employees and contacts, and people appearing in content supplied by the customer.
Technical and organisational measures
- server-side separation of customer and channel workspaces,
- role-based access checks,
- personal one-time codes and protected sessions,
- Logging of production and billing processes,
- controlled storage of credentials and platform connections.
