Terms of use

Basic structure for the supported pilot phase and later use of Clever Content Cockpit.

No binding contract wording yet: Prices, scope of services, duration, liability, legal form and business address must be defined and legally reviewed before paid contracts are concluded.

1. Service

CCC supports the planning, creation, editing, approval, publication and analysis of digital content. The specific features available depend on the agreed pilot scope or plan.

2. Customer area and roles

Access is personal. Users may only use the channels enabled for them. The customer must ensure that roles, approvals and connected platform accounts are set up correctly.

3. Credits and productions

Paid productions start only when enough credits are available. Required credits may be reserved during an active production. For partial success, only delivered services are charged; unused reservations are released. Additional credit can be purchased separately once offered.

4. Content and rights

Customers may only provide content, brands, voices, images and personal data for which they hold the required usage rights and consent. Human review remains required before publication.

5. External platforms

Features of external platforms and AI services may change or become temporarily unavailable. CCC preserves work in progress where provided for and indicates when a production or publication has not been safely completed.

6. Pilot phase

For supported pilot customers, scope, support, trial credits and duration are agreed individually. Automatic paid renewal occurs only under a separate agreement.
